While I was building my database for my tenant/buyers I was using Excel to keep track of them. My list has now grown and it has made it very difficult for me to keep track of everything. I have used used Microsoft Access and Filamker Pro both are great programs I’m sure. But it is very difficult to make a database if you are a regular Joe Schmo like myself. Looking for other alternatives, I have been very unsuccessful in finding something that fits my needs. I have hired a programmer to make me a custom software that will:
- Keep a record of my tenant/buyer/sellers contact information
- Keep track of the call logs and notes on the date they have called and the reason for it.
- A Database that is searchable. (i.e. If I have a property that I would like to rent for 800/month I can search through my database and just do that.)
