what is the cheapest way to get a construction loan and not pay 20,000 in fees?

Hi,

Any way you cut it you will pay fees! If you can do conventional bank construction financing then you will pay less fees, if you can not qualify and need private construction financing then you will pay more in fees!

Nothing is free these days as it takes money to make money!
