Hi all. Have two profitable deals under my belt so I’m still a real newbie. Competition here in Central Florida is fierce regarding Lis Pendens and Foreclosures. I have read a lot of great articles on the website and am trying to market “outside the mainstream”. I’m working hard to cultivate contractors, service people, etc to provide leads. I would like to target conservators and probate opportunities. My main question is how to obtain the contact information. Our county C of the C posts a lot of information online but nothing on probate, estate executors or conservators. How do i go about finding these individuals? Can I obtain this information at the courthouse? If so, what department would have it? Also, any suggestions on how to approach the civil servants for assistance in acquiring this information? Hmmm. Do we not use these methods, not care to share or ??? I see a lot of replies on this like Birddogging but very few on creative marketing and alternate methods of finding deals. Just my humble observations.
