Confused on Marketing

Ok, so I was successful at pulling the probate information at the courthouse. I have 45 leads which include real property and 10 leads are cases where the PR is out of state. For instance, one of them the PR is a man in NC who has 90% of the estate holdings and his daughter who is in MI holds 10%… My question is when I am marketing letters to these leads, should I send both PR’s a letter or just the person who holds more interest in the estate? Please help!

I would send a letter to both Personal Representatives. Both of them will need to sign on the deal.

That’s what I was thinking. Thanks for the help! :biggrin

In addition to reguru’s comment, sending the letter to all legal owners also shows a sign of professionalism in that you did your homework before just shooting letters out to prospects.
