Hi everyone!

I am looking for ANY real estate magazine that only features condos, penthouses, lofts and townhomes. It can be the standard free publication that you often find at the local grocery store. I just haven’t been able to find any that focus on that primarily. It could be in any market. Thanks in advance for your help.

What geographical area are you looking for in particulur?

I am looking for any geographical region. I just want to know what’s out there, where I can find it, etc. Thanks! ;D

Just go to http://www.realtor.com and you should be able to find anything listed for sale in any area of the USA, and filter it down to locate what you’re looking for.

That’s a great place to start, and you can see what any market area has to offer.

It’s a great resource for buyers/sellers/investors…anyone for a look into the markets.

That’s the site I use to start my search. Otherwise you might want to do an advanced search in Google or Yahoo to see what there is out there.

You really need to educate yourself as much as you possibly can, or course you can’t study it forever without jumping in to the deep end at sometime.

I can tell you’re new at this, and yes this is a very good place to start, but you need to read, read, read anything and everything to get as many perspectives on RE investing as possible. I can’t tell you how many books I’ve read on Investing, all type of investing, and then I focused on RE Investing because it was easy to get into, find the right property, do the math, and get a loan, it was easy, and a learn process every step of the way.

You need to find out what the websites are that provide you with the county tax information, so you can look up owners and their addresses, as well as the county’s appraised value for taxing purposes.

Learn how to conduct detailed research, enlist the help of a real estate agent for your first couple of deals, and I recommend that you never contact the agent who is listing the property for sale, they work for the seller… Get your own agent who will represent YOU! Not the seller.

Become as knowledgeable about the subject so that you can make the best informed decision possible.

Thanks for the advice. I have taken the “plunge”, but, I wanted to find out more about condos. I will just be patient and read, read, read like you said. Thanks again!
