Your request is pretty vague. Is there something that you would like feedback on specifically?

I would like to but zero or as little down as possible and also get low financing fee’s so I can profit more. I was told that sub-prime lenders are the best for condo’s so I would also like to hear from sub-prime lenders.

Condo financing can be done for A paper down to subprime. What determines if your to go A paper or subprime is your fico/credit history and possibly a few other items, not the property type.
