Hello all,
I had my first deal fall through today but hey at least I got my feet wet. Any way My Mortgage broker asked me what I was trying to do and I said “Rent”. He laughs and goes “Why didn’t you tell me?” He has emailed me a list of about 103 homes and they range from 33% to 70% ARV (per sheet). Anyway I would like to know if there is just a website other than zillow that can give me a quick comp on a few homes if not all.

Get ALL of them under contract NOW…

Cherry pick the best ones, and assign the rest for a quick $500-1000 each.

Then, during your A/I period, get an R/E agent to run comps for you.

Hi benjiej,

As Dmiller suggests, get an RE agent to run the comps. I don’t believe you will find a web site (at least not at the moment) which can give you estimates more accurately than an agent.
