I don’t know what’s going on…every site I try says there is no match found for the address… the house was built in the 50’s. It came up on mapquest so I have the right address… i dunno
Are you putting the same address that is in the tax assessor website? If its in a Rural area sometimes they cant pull comps. What area are you in?
Make sure you keep the search simple
(NUMBER) (STREET) and dont put anything ST, AVE, DR
and just City, State
or
Zip
Dont do, CITY, STATE and ZIP CODE.

I tried it like you said and got nothing. Thanks anyway though. I’m going to call my agent tomorrow morning so hopefully she can get me something.

btw - yahoo uses zillow
ditech uses first american. If you go direct to first american it is a pay service. 3-4 bucks a report. I am curious if anyone has used the pay service and is it better than the 150k spread ditech shows?
any other sites to do preliminary searches on before draggin an agent in to narrow the range?
