My realtor send me some comps in the area. Is there a way to tell the ones that were sold to an investor and ones that got rehabbed and sold?
well, you could check the addresses or have him check them in the mls for other listings. for example, in my state, michigan, if you search by address it brings up any and all listings for it. better yet, when you are on a listing, you can click a link to show you the history of the listings, it will show you anytime that property was listed and what happened to it.
