Does anyone have a really good comprehensive checklist that they use for documenting the issues with the home prior to rehabbing. If anyone does would they mind sharing?

Mr_Rice - I did put one together that helps me with my estimates. Not sure how accurate it is. My plan is to put conservative numbers and adjust them as I do rehabs. Send me a PM with your email and I will forward it to you.
