Company that is looking for credit partner

Does anyone know where I can network to find a credit partner. I am working for a company and I am working with a company that is looking for a credit partner for anew construction luxury home in Sherman, CT. This partner must have a minimum of 680 credit score. This is a 12 month commitment and they are looking to close in 2 weeks.

The administrative upfront fee is $30,000.

If anyone has some information on how I can go about doing this, I would appreciate it.

So you are looking for someone with good credit to sign up for a luxury home loan using their credit AND they have to pay the administrative fee of 30K to do it?
