Commerical Lease Default

I have a small commercial building that I will be leasing tomorrow to a tenant. I haven’t done a commercial lease in a while and can’t find a suitable lease form. I remember reading somewhere that normal eviction procedures weren’t needed for commercial properties. I would like to put a clause in the lease that basically says that in the event of default and after a 3 day notice of the default, the lessor will have the right to padlock the building and seize any of the tenant’s property necessary to ensure payment. Anyone have a similar clause in their commercial leases or know where I can find a reference???
