I have news for ya - the best deals in real estate rarely have a for sale sign on the property. An FSBO in commercial real estate doesn’t mean anything. If you see a property you would like to own, pick up the phone and call the owner. Everything is for sale at a certain price. Commercial real estate is for big boys. You wanna play big, you gotta act big (until you actually are big, then, well, you’re big)
