for a newbie with about 10k part time worker . looking in the maryland area would commercial property in general be a good way to go if in the 100000 price range. i know its broad question but do I need x amount of experience on owning properties to negotiate hard money, commercial etc,…other loans in general
would rehab loans apply?thanks
