Hi,

In searching past posts, I have seen some general references to liability policies under your LLC’s. Could some of you give some specifics regarding your policies as far as:

  1. how much coverage;
  2. how much it costs per year;
  3. what is the ease/difficulty and cost in adding another house under the policy; and
  4. what is the company you are using (we are in Texas so obviously we are looking for somone who can write here).

Hi,
Farmers has a general liability policy.

It costs around 525 bucks (500+25 fee) a year. My agent said I can have 6 or 7 homes on there and after that, its 80 bucks per home. I use farmers.
