I WOULD IMAGINE COMMERCIAL AGENTS/BROKERS. Also, investment firms and small business owners. Get on the board or become a member with the SBC and SBDA. Chat with some commercial r.e. agents and find out where their networking functions are held.

Im looking for people to sublease space. We may be chaing the same people. however. if I go to an agent, he/she wouldnt dare give me a lead without a percentage, so Im trying to find an alternative way to finding sub lease tenants.
