My partner and I have been looking at the Colorado market, and the lenders we work with are offering some pre-foreclosure and REO property throughout the State.
Are there any investors in Colorado that can tell me what area’s are hot and what area’s to stay away from. I specialize in purchasing from sellers and lenders, moving much of the inventory to other investors and rehabbing some for immediate resale.
Any help you Colorado experts have would be appreciated.

I would stay away from north aurora, federal heights, commerce city. Do you live in Colorado? there are about 500+ foreclosures being listed every week in the metro area. let me know what you are looking for
Thanks for the info. Looking these up on the map they all seem to be in the Northeast area of Denver.
I am looking for a home in Colorado for someone in my family and I would like to purchase some homes to rehab and sell.
I buy most of my property from lenders, either pre-foreclosure or REO properties. I’m not sure what type of investing you do, but if your interested I would be happy to talk about doing some things together as a thank you for the information you’re supplying.
Here are the locations I have had great luck with;
a. towns of around 100,000 or less, if the population is less, I like
them to be within an hour of a larger town.
b. Of course a market that is on the upswing, or will be in the next 5
years.
c. I have learned the hard way the importance of location, location,
location. So it doesn’t matter to me where in the State of
Colorado, I am not limited to any particular area.
Let me know what you think, thanks again for your help.
Enjoy your day,
