Color Schemes in Rehab Properties to be sold

I am finishing a rehab project and I am looking for some succesful ideas on painting. My original plan was to go with eggshell white. But I have recently heard that giving the home a lived in look will help the property sell. Does anyone have a colour scheme that seems to work really well?

You may want to go with a white ceiling and a off white for the side walls to give it a lived in look. It seems to work for me.
