Collecting on a judgment--help!

I gave a judgment to a collection agency a few months ago and they have not done one thing or returned my calls to update me.

Now I have another judgment on a different renter. Yes, I was naive but won’t let this happen again now that I know how to screen more carefully.

Can anyone please educate me on how to go about collecting judgments in Arizona?
Thanks.

Arizona’s part of the “old west”…have you tried a six-shooter?

I would get referrals for GOOD collection agencies from the local REI Club and use them. Perhaps while they’re at it, they could shame the first agency into doing their job…?

You’re funny! lol …actually I am packing a 38…a woman can’t be too careful.

How do I get more red houses showing on my sceen name?
Thanks.

You have to buy the house…I can sell you some of mine for $100 each!

No actually, it has to do with the number of posts you’ve made…be active in here – answer questions, help folks out…the houses will come!

Do these individuals that you have judgements on have jobs.? In my state if you have already received the court judgement then you can file for a garnishment of their paycheck.

Hello, I would like to suggest a judgement recovery person. Luckily, I have not needed her assistance but, she comes highly recommended.

I hope this helps.
