Guys,
I’m new in RE investing. Looking though your forums I found them extremely educational. Does anyone know if such a club exists in New Jersey? Also, how do I find good bird dogs? The ones I have don’t seem to run fast enough.
Any advise or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
