closing?????????

Hi all, i live ny and ny state requires an attorney to repersent the seller and the buyer at the closing…My question is can i still wholsesle this deal with no problem? can i do a double close with no problem?.. i rather do two serprate closing with out the seller and my end buyer meeting…but since im doin a double do i have to get an attorney ? i want to know because i want spend less money as possible…
