When marketing a property you have under contract to your rehabbers, what closing costs, if any, are you including in their final purchase price?

Hi,

If you willing to contribute say 3% toward buyers closing cost's as an incentive you can, however your specific closing cost's to sell are about 2.5% from your gross proceeds in escrow!
