Hey folks,
When estimating closing costs on your pre-rehab purchase and post-rehab sale, what % do you use?
I only have my home purchase to go by and on that, I paid nothing and the seller paid about 8% of the sale price (incl agent fees).
Is that a good number to use for estimating?
