closing cost

i wanted to know from rehabbers how much do you guys usually pay in closing cost? and how much is to much or just right?..normally i sell houses for 32k to 35k…what would you guys say is the average?..I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT,THANKS!

I typically figure 2% closing to sell and 4% closing to buy.
