I’m about to close a deal, I think. Anyway I was attempting to get this property under contract and flip it. However I have been dealing with a broker. He wants me to sign a NC/ND agreement, and he wants to receive an LOI/Offer+ Commission Escrow and Agreement in place prior to disclosing the owners information. My concern is I do not have this property under contract on my own then how do I stand to ensure myself payment. I really need your guys help

What is wrong with signing the documents they want you to sign.
I dont know I guess I’m just paranoid. It’s a very large deal.
