closing a short sale with LLC question.

Can I close a short sale as the buyer and have my LLC be the foreclosure consulting company that receives a commission? I have a short sale where I will double close on a property, I am the buyer yet I operated the negotiations in the name of my company so without a realtor involved can I put a consulting or negotiating fee on the hud?

That’s pushing it IMO. The bank is already taking a loss and may not want to see even more money headed your way, but if you can do it, good luck.

They allot 6% for commission to agent/realtor.
