I am doing a SS where the 1st and 3rd lien holders have approved the loan but the 2nd (CitiBank) says they want atleast half of the amount originally loaned rather than just the $1000 that the 1st agrees to pay. It is at the end of the redemtion period and they will get nothing once foreclosure completes. I have left a message for 2 different supervisors to see if they might be able to over rule the negotiator as it makes sense to recieve $1000 rather than nothing.
My question is does anyone have any other ideas that might work to get the second to agree?
I also have contacted the REO dept to see if I can sell it to the same buyer once they recieve the file in their dept.
Any ideas would help.
