A tenant in one of my apartments recently vacated the unit. They were a heavy smokers and you can see all the yellow nicotine/cigarette smoke on walls.
What are some good ways to clean the walls so I can repaint the unit?
I spray on Simple Green and the goo will just drip off the walls. Wipe it up with a paper towel.
