Hey everyone. Does anyone know where I can find a hard money lender in the Cincinnati Ohio area? I have a commercial deal that I can buy cheap but would need to close quickly. Prefer a lender that would loan to a new company without a personal guarantee. Total loan 600k with appraisals of 900k 2 years ago.
