Anyone know of a HML that will do Church financing using cross-collateralization of other properties in order to get down to 75% LTV?

You may get some good responses to this one. I have never heard of anyone wanted to do something like this. If you have trouble and have equity in other properties you may consider opening up lines of credit on the other properties and providing a down payment.
