Hi,

I have decided to bite the bullet and bid on some foreclosed properties. I spoke with a few banks for financing, but they all require me to use my personal home equity for the purchase of these homes, and I don’t want to do that. Does anyone know of any good lenders in the Chicago area that can help me out? I have outstanding credit.

Usually you will need to go to the foreclosure auction with money at end at least a small portion. The best way to get into investing is tap into the equity of your home and use it to your advantage.
