checklist for rehabbing

Hello,

Does anyone have a checklist that you go through when looking at a rehab to calculate cost of repairs needed?

There are so many areas to look at when analyzing properties and I am trying to get a checklist for items to look for (example: windows: cost per floor tile: cost per sq ft etc.)

Any advice/help would be appriciated.
