Hi All,

I’ve been offline for a few weeks. Now that I’m back, I wanted to market myself. :slight_smile:

I live in central Maryland. I am seeking an apprenticeship to learn the rehab biz. What’s in it for you? Willing labor at a greatly reduced cost!

What do I mean by reduced cost?

a tank of gas, safety equipment/tools for the project, meals, and shared knowledge - both of the rei/rehab biz, and the improvement projects.

I’m seeking someone who can show me the ropes - analyzing properties, securing funding, contractor info, rehabbing repairs the whole works! so that I can build my business.

Share your knowledge with me, and I’ll give you labor to pull carpet, stain your floors, seat a toilet, landscape, remove trash, paint your walls, install fixtures, meet your contractor/home inspector/rental appointment. … the list goes on!

I reserve the right to refuse dangerous projects - lead abatement, etc. Otherwise, I hope this is the beginning of a ‘bee-u-tiful’ friendship.

Well,
Lead paint cleanup or asbestos cleanup should be
left to the certified pros for health and liability reasons.
Should you sell the property or rent it out, then
the paperwork from the certified pros will go a long way.
