CFD’s are still legal, but no longer good vehicles to sell, in my opinion.

I suggest if you are holding any CFD’s that you take advantage of a little known re-inance option for your tenents - if they have been in the home for at least 12 months and can provide bank statements or cancelled checks documenting the monthly payments that you have them refinance the home and get your proceeds at closing.
