Is there a way to get a list of properties that were purchased with cash not from a real estate agent? I don’t have access to MLS other than an agent. And It seems unfair to ask the agent because I could be stealing buyers even if I promise to go through the agent on the deals from the list provided.
Find out who is listing cheap homes on the mls. If they are listing them, chances are they know the cash players in the game and can put you onto them if you are nice enough to them. Buy them lunch or something, have a convo, and tell them what you are looking for. Works every time :biggrin.
