Is anyone doing a 90% cash out refi NOO, these days? I have a rental in S. Oak Cliff, dallas that I need to get out of a hard money loan and hoping to pull out some cash. Need to go stated. Fico 695.

Those are gone. 75% is mostly what is out there, and 80% is still available at a couple of place.
