CASH OUT REFI NEEDED ASAP!!

Looking for a 75% NOO, cash out refi. Stated income, fico 695. Appraisal in hand for $71k and title work done.The house was recently listed on the mls. Listing exp. end of jan 08. The mortg. broker neglected to tell me that a recent lising kills the deal. I have paid for the appraisal and spent thousands fixing the house and now I am told I can’t do the loan.

Can anyone out there do this loan??

Also, I was wondering if there is any way to change a MLS listing retroactivly? The agent took the lock box off the property the end of Nov. and the house wasn’t being marketed so shouldn’t the expiration reflect the true date??

What state are you in?

It maybe possible to get a no seasoning cash out refi, but I would need to know more.

WASHINGTON MUTUAL I am a mortgage Broker in Chicago, when ever I have a customer that has just cancelled a listing all you need is a copy of the cancellation agreement, and a letter of explanation as to why you cancelled, good luck

WAMU now requires 90 days
