Various properties were purchased cash in 2011- so there’s almost 4 years seasoning…
(1) 3 Unit and (2) Single Fams with probably 200k equity on the low end. Foreclosure as of 6/2012. Anyone know of lenders in Chicago that will finance? Credit score 640+ and DTI even after 70% LTV loan not a problem… Let me know… Thanks
