I am in South Florida, Broward County to be exact. I am looking for buyers of properties I negotiate from Banks and Short Sales.
Would like build a list of investors with their criteria. Please make recommendation as to how to build this list .

Auctions - Sheriff sales, Home auctions like hudson and marshall
Online - search for people on Facebook, twitter interested in real estate in your area
Craigslist if you have houses for sale post them there or on backpage. That will drive a ton of buyers…Do not put the address this way the buyers have a reason to contact you.

All these places you are going to try to get other peoples information. It is great to give them yours but collect theirs and them build a list
