Cash Flow Question

Cash Flow is a child of the Financial Industry and real estate is a part.
Why does everyone, it appears, look for opportunities in retail
when selling loans that a bank holds are so much easier and
you can sell portfolios of them to investors? Sure it’s a different game
but there’s no running around in it and the research has already been done.

Individual cash flow projects are good, if you have the time, for added income but does having inventory put you in another category aside from cash flow?

I don’t think I understand your question. If you are interested in buying, selling or brokering notes secured by real property rather than buying and selling properties, then Yes that is a thriving business opportunity

Confused… please rephrase. I am not sure if your question is in complete sentence.
