I have a SFH middle class but nicer than average $207k in Minnesota. I’d like to replace the carpet in the living room, hallway and stairs. Any recommendations on something the middle class tenants will like but what might last? I don’t expect abuse just normal wear but since it’s a rental I don’t want to spend any more than I have to. I don’t know much about carpet but a local vendor offers the following at $2.00 sq/ft installed. Frieze Berber or Plush.
