Some are good and some are bad. My thinking is this:
Don’t spend a lot of money on a real estate course, (I have seen some courses that costs 7,000 with that kind of money that would be a downpayment on an investment property).
Also you can have the best training in the world but in the end it all comes down to you!!!
I totally agree with the last poster. Too many times people will buy courses then not apply what they just learned. If you want it, you have to do it!
