Carlton Sheets

This is my first time using this site. I wanted to know what your thoughts were on Carlton Sheets.

Thanks

He must be good at what he does to have so many students and to be around so long. I bought his course at a yard sale for $10 bucks several years ago and did not do much with it. I guess I thought I was too smart. Never too smart to learn some new tricks. I should dig it out and do it but just lazy or something I guess. I would do it if I were new and wanted to start from the beginning. Maybe you can find one at a yard sale too.

Good luck and thank you,

I’m responding to the Carlton Sheets question. I am a real estate agent in Missouri and I have to tell you after reading Carlton infor I know it works. I have gotten almost all my buyers home with no money down. Many agents in my area think the contracts I submit are outrageous because the buyer comes up with very little down and often gets money or a credit back at closing.

Some of his techniques will only work if the situation is right ie the seller has a lot of equity. I do not claim to be an expert, but his course has given me an edge. In fact I’m still studing this course. The best advice I can give is as a novice find a really good local agent to educate you on your market and they will guide you through your first transaction.
Also join a local investment club. I just did and I found investors that are doing a lot a deals with very little money.
