Can't Get Deed

Whats Up Guys,

If you find a Seller who is behind on payments… but they won’t give you a deed… what is the process of buying the second mortgage at a discount?

Will the Lender want a authorization if you want to buy it? (even if you got the financials from the seller such as balance, payment, rate etc)

What department would you ask for at the mortgage institution?

What paperwork is involved?

Would it better to just get an attorney to handle it if the banks says yes?

What percentage of the loan balance would you offer?
