I have a small piece of property that I want to put a used manufactured home on, most of the ones I see for sale are located in a park. I was wondering if parks have restrictions on moving homes off their property?
It depends if the park owns the home. If the home is owned by a private owner, then you have the right as the new owner to remove it from the park. The only problem you could face is if the current owner owes the park for any back lot rent.

Another thing to consider is your local restrictions on older manufactured homes that could pose a problem with placing on the land you plan to purchase.
Normally parks require a 30 day notice to move.
