  2. EVALUATE TO DETERMINE IF ITS A DEAL (WHAT ALL SHOULD I CONSIDER)

  3. THEN MAKE AN OFFER USING THE FORMULA… ARV TIMES 70% MINUS REPAIRS MINUS PROFIT= OFFER PRICE

  4. SUBMIT OFFER… GET ACCEPTED… GET UNDER CONTRACT VIA EMAIL, FAX, OR IN PERSON
    A) WHICH CONTRACT DO I USE? ***ANY SAMPLES THAT PPL R USING RIGHT NOW IN TEXAS? OR ANY GOOD RE ATTRONEYS IN DALLAS THAT CAN PROVIDE ME WITH ONE?

  5. CREATE OR ALREADY HAVE BUYERS LIST TO SHOP TO…

  6. GOT A BUYER… ACCEPT CONTRACT W/ EARNEST $$$

    A) HOW MANY DAYS DO I GIVE THE BUYER TO CLOSE IN THE CONTRACT TYPICALLY?

  7. SO NOW I GOT TWO CONTRACTS IN PLACE… I GO TO MY TITLE COMPANY AND DO A DOUBLE CLOSING (IF REO OR LENDER, THEN USE WET FUNDS)
    A TO B CLOSES AND B TO C CLOSES THE SAME DAY>>>> WHAT DOES THAT MEAN EXACTLY?
