Hi,

I’m glad to be here. I hope to learn more in this forum, and somehow contribute myself later.

I have been studying wholesaling for the past few months. The best way for me to start is with a small team.

I was wondering if someone out there in the business has a current check, can you please send me a censored check photo?

This will help me add a little more credibility to have a small team.

Haha. I take photos of all my checks, and I’m proud to show them, several of my friends were telling me to show them my checks when I was trying to get them involved in Wholesaling. I email them photos of all the checks I get and I thought it wud motivate them to get involved and we could team up and make even more money, but, it seems to of had the opposite effect, like I’m an obnoxious braggart with the people skills of a scum sucking catfish. Haha

Hi,

A lot of us receive our settlement by wire transfer (Fed Wire), most investors opt for a transfer over a check as funds are immediately available, you don't have to go into the title company to pick up a check, and you don't have to wait for your bank to clear the check!
