Can someone recommend a legitimate asset mgmt. co?

We almost signed up with Nevada State Corporate Network, INC, but after reading a ton of bad reviews…we will keep looking. We have 5 properties in our name and would like to put them in separate LLC’s and then into land trusts. Let me know who works and who doesn’t! Thanks!

A legitimate planner is going to charge you at least $15,000, but you can rest assured you have a solid plan in place. If you go with a low cost vendor, you give up personalization and protection since they need more clients in order to maintain profitability. A high end planner charges more because he must spend more time with each client. The high end planner is going to call you with updates when the law changes while the promoter is chasing the next client. It’s really a question of how much you are willing to pay.

I don’t really care how much I costs. I am looking for the best protection. That way we can rest assured that If someone sues us personally they will not be able to find any of our assets. Can you recommend a trusted co. or should I use a local lawyer??

Jay Adkisson is one of the best in the country. His typical client has a net worth of 10M with some at the 100M mark. If his firm is not licensed in your state, he can recommend someone good who is. Promoters and gurus don’t like him because he exposes flaws and scams. Just be prepared to pay. He isn’t cheap, but the best usually isn’t.
