i’ve been reading a few articles and they mention the exit strategy/plan. can someone explain to me please? it isn’t detailed in the article. TIA!

Exit Strategy is what technique will you use, is it assignment of contract, double closing or etc…
An exit strategy is what you plan on doing with a property once you put it under contract. Either assign it,hold onto it and rent it out,lease option it out,etc.
Exit strategy = flip, rent, lease option etc.
You dont want to buy a property in the suburbs for 500k with the intent to rent it as your exit strategy unless you can get 15k/month or some crazy number like that. The opposite is true for a rental area. You wouldnt look to flip a rental property on Gunshot Ln.
