Can I use stated income on Construction Loan?

Okay, I have learned a bit of information. Can I use a stated income loan on a Construction to Permanent loan?

What is a good score to have to get a good interest rate? my fico score is 661. Should I try to increase it?

Always try to increase your fico no matter what…you can do 100% LTV with a 660…

in regards to good interest rates and ficos…at a 720 +fico you’ll get the best interest rates
